On April 15th of 2013 Angelica Olivarez was murdered, by someone who she thought loved her and he was also the father of her child, in the days prior to her murder Michael Lawrence was on the Run for a murder he committed almost a year before he murdered Angelica.

Angelica's Law is a proposal that when someone is picked up or stopped and cannot prove their identity they should be fingerprinted! A mother is fighting to get this law passed so that no one has to go through what she, the family and her grandson has gone through.
